Elizabeth Hamilton-Guarino lives her everyday life with life-threatening food allergies to nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish and some medications. Her life has been saved on more than one occasion by EMTs seeing her medical alert bracelet when she couldn't speak for herself.

As a member of the MedicAlert Foundation, she's been a passionate spokesperson, nicknamed 'The Allergy Queen" because she uses her involvement with pageants as Mrs. Maine to help bring awareness and support to the cause.

In addition to being CEO of Best Ever You Magazine, Radio and TV, she is a Certified Professional Life Coach,Journalist, Actress, on-air personality, Author,TV Producer, Mrs. Maine, Wife, and devoted Mother of four boys.

Elizabeth has recently been showcased in the book “One of the Gang” by Gina Clowes, a book about Families of children with food allergies, and how to keep these children safe.
